This is an unprecedented time in our history. The COVID-19 pandemic is having an impact on the health of our loved ones, the businesses we rely upon, the health of the global economy, and the way we live our daily lives. As we all continue to navigate through these unique and evolving challenges, we want you to know that Neuclo is here for you. We will continue to provide you with product and services as you have come to expect from us.

As we address a pandemic that will no doubt become a chapter in the history books, our commitment to you will not waver.

Many businesses today are stepping up to help, because no one business can do it alone. We’re calling on companies across the financial ecosystem, to come together to help the most vulnerable during this crisis. We all need to support our employees and look for ways to help our customers navigate these waters. In the last few months, we’ve seen generosity and kindness, inter-generational support and solidarity, and remarkable fortitude. It is during times like these that courage and generosity and resilience make a difference.

WE ARE PREPARED

• We have increased stock levels and are constantly reviewing possible supply chain disruption.
• We have reviewed and tested our business continuity/contingency plan.
• We have prepared all admin and Customer Service staff to work remotely, if required.
• We have contingencies in place for production of all products.
• We have put measures in place to prevent the spread of any potential virus through our factory.
• We are following government advice and reviewing the situation daily.
• We are making sure that our team is fully aware of all Government and World Health Organisation guidelines and encouraging them to follow any guidelines.
• We are committed to looking after our team and our customers during this difficult time.

We currently have no suspected cases of COVID-19 and we continue to monitor the situation very closely. We will keep you, our customers, up to date with any developments.
