In addition to your rights under the EU rules and your statutory rights, Neuclo products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Details of the manufacturer’s warranty can be found below and also with the documentation that comes with your product. Registration may be required to benefit from the warranty or any extended warranty.
(J) defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the Product(s);
(K) products not purchased from neuclo.com or authorised resellers (we recommend that you contact the point of sale for support);
(L) Products purchased outside of officially supported Neuclo countries or regions.
(M) repair(s) conducted by unofficial repair centres.
(N) “Unofficial” means not purchased through neuclo.com or from an authorised Neuclo partner.
To request a Warranty Service Order
To obtain warranty service, you must return the product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Neuclo. In accordance with applicable law, Neuclo may require the customer to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service.
Backup data, software, and other materials
*It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and Neuclo will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
